- Ravindra Jadeja and Shubman Gill arrived in England to join the Indian test contingent for the World Test Championship Final.
- Jadeja and Gill have joined the Indian test team for the World Test Championship Final in England, starting on June 7.
- The experience Ajinkya Rahane and Mr 360 Suryakumar Yadav also joined the team’s training base in West Sussex.
- Adidas India has unveiled the new India kits, including the blue-striped Test cricket uniforms.
- The Indian test captain Rohit Sharma joined the team on Wednesday. Virat Kohli, Mohammed Siraj, and Cheteshwar Pujara already started their practice session on Monday onward.
- Yashasvi Jaiswal, an opener from Mumbai, has been included in the Indian squad as a stand-by player for the WTC final, replacing Ruturaj Gaikwad.
- Rituraj Gaikwad was selected but his marriage date will be from 3 to 4 June. Indian Coach Rahul Dravid requested a replacement for Gaikwad to BCCI. The BCCI choose the young Yashasvi Jaiswal. Jaiswal may join the team.
