Saika Ishaque Early Life
Saika Ishaque started playing cricket during her early childhood. She starts playing professional cricket at Kalighat Club (Kolkata) Women as a left-arm spin bowler. She developed her spin talent in that club. Sometimes Saika trains with the men’s team of Kolkata’s East Bengal cricket team.
She has represented her state in U-19 and U-23 tournaments. She was selected for India Women -D and India Women -A teams, respectively, in 2021 and 2022. She has done some good performances both from balls and bat. She has a good performance against India-C with balls and bat (24 runs with 5 fours) on 24th December 2021.
She has also played in the Trailblazers Women’s T20 Challenge series in 2022. She represents India A also.
