The MI captain and charismatic hitman Rohit the right-handed batter became the first Indian batter to score 250 sixes in IPL. Before Rohit 250 sixes club Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers did this. Rohit Sharma the hitman hit 250 sixes in 228 innings of IPL. Chris Gayle hit 357 sixes in 141 innings and AB de Villiers 251 sixes in 170 innings.

Chasing a mammoth total of 214 runs which were made by PBKS. MI’s first wicket falls cheaply. But Rohit Sharma and Cameroon Green stabilize the innings. MI only manage to score 201 in their 20 overs for the loss of 6 wickets. Rohit’s right-handed batter made 44 runs in  27 balls.
Apart from Rohit Cameron Green made a healthy contribution of 67 runs in 43 balls with 6 fours and 3 sixes. Suryakumar Yadav made 57 runs in just 26 balls with 7 fours and 3 sixes.
