Subsequently, Rawat made his List A debut on October 4, 2019, playing for Delhi in the 2019–20 Vijay Hazare Trophy.
In the 2020 IPL auction, Rawat was acquired by the Rajasthan Royals ahead of the 2020 season, marking his entry into the prestigious T20 league.
